...PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN SOUTH CAROLINA AND
SOUTHEAST GEORGIA OVERNIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING...

Light winds and wet grounds will result in areas of fog across
southern South Carolina and southeast Georgia this morning. Some
of the fog will be dense, reducing visibility to 1/4 mile or less
on area roadways.

Conditions will improve by 10 AM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down and leave extra distance ahead of you in
case a sudden stop is needed.

* WHERE...Edisto River near Givhans Ferry.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Weeks Landing in Canadys is not accessible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 830 PM EST Tuesday, the stage was 10.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.2
    feet early Thursday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
