Waccamaw River At Conway affecting Horry County. Great Pee Dee River At Pee Dee affecting Marion and Florence Counties. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
