BUTTE...NORTH CENTRAL MEADE AND SOUTHWESTERN PERKINS COUNTIES THROUGH
1000 PM MDT...
At 930 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles south of Sorum to 4 miles east of Mud
Butte to 9 miles east of Owl Butte. Movement was east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Fairpoint, Maurine, Zeona, Stoneville, Mud Butte, Date, Dears Ears
Butte, Sheep Buttes, and southeastern Slim Buttes.
