This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western South
Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

The next system will cross the region this afternoon through
tonight. Mostly light snowfall is expected across the area late
today and tonight, with accumulations of 1 to 3 inches across the
southwestern South Dakota plains and up to an inch or two across
south central South Dakota.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Another system will likely impact the area late Friday into
Saturday, with rain and snow expected. At this time,
accumulations up to a few inches look possible across portions of
the area, especially southwest South Dakota.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today.
