Wind chills as cold as 20 below zero are likely again tonight. Southwest winds will begin to increase along and east of the Buffalo Ridge in southwest Minnesota late tonight, with occasional gusts to around 35 mph possible. Watch for areas of drifting snow. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Winds gusts up to 40 mph are possible Tuesday and Tuesday evening, especially in higher elevations. This may lead to areas of blowing and drifting snow. Watch for slick roads and briefly reduced visibility. Light snow, possibly mixing with sleet at times, will spread across southeast parts of the region, late Tuesday night into Wednesday. Light snow accumulations are possible, mainly along and east of Highway 60 in northwest Iowa and southwest Minnesota.
