Please take necessary precautions to protect yourself and others, including outdoor pets, from the dangerously cold wind chills. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Well below normal temperatures into early next week. Highs in the single digits above and below zero will be common, with overnight lows in the single digits to teens below zero. Very cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero through the Missouri River Valley. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, and central, east central, south central, and southeast South Dakota. * WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to noon CST Sunday. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 3 AM Monday to noon CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
