This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Temperatures will be 20 to 30 degrees below normal today into
tonight. Wind chill values will mainly be in the single digits below
zero today into tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

A weather disturbance will move through the region on Wednesday
creating the next chance of accumulating precipitation. Freezing
rain is possible south of I-90 before transitioning to rain and snow.
Further to the north, mainly snow is expected. At this time, snow
accumulations are expected to be less than one inch.


Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
