This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, southwest
Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South Dakota, east central
South Dakota, south central South Dakota and southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Areas of light snow or light freezing drizzle have been observed in
some areas early this morning, with this activity expected to taper
off by mid-morning. Gusty north winds may also produce patchy blowing
or drifting snow. Watch for scattered slick spots on untreated roads
and sidewalks.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Colder temperatures settle into the region through much of the week
ahead, with the coldest air expected from Sunday night through
Wednesday. Multiple days with sub-zero high temperatures are possible
in some areas, with dangerous nighttime and morning wind chills as
cold as 25 below to 40 below zero Sunday night through Wednesday
morning.
