Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds have weakened enough this evening to allow the first Wind Advisory to expire at 9 PM CDT Thursday. However, gusts to 45 mph will continue tonight. Winds are expected to increase again through the overnight, with a new Wind Advisory beginning at 1 AM CDT Friday.
