This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central South Dakota, east
central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and southeast
South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Thunderstorms are possible after dark tonight into Wednesday
morning. Isolated storms may produce damaging wind gusts up to
60 mph, with this potential more likely in areas west of the James
River Valley.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Additional storms are expected Wednesday night into Thursday
morning. A few of these storms may produce large hail and gusty

Afternoon temperatures in the 90s, with dew points near 70 degrees,
will produce heat indices of 95 to 105 degrees from Thursday through
the upcoming weekend.


Spotter activation may be needed after midnight in areas west of the
James River.
