This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A few more snow showers are expected to move across the area
early this morning. Most of the accumulating snowfall is expected
to end around sunrise this morning. Travel may be difficult due
to snow covered roads and reduced visibility especially over the
higher elevations.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

A slow moving weather system will begin to affect the region
Monday with rain spreading into the area. Tuesday and Wednesday
will see continued rainfall, some potentially heavy. There could
be flooding across the area by midweek, especially where the
heaviest rains are expected over the Cumberland Plateau, southeast
Tennessee, and southwest North Carolina.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed.
