This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
Scattered snow showers will linger into today over some of the
higher elevations of Southwest Virginia and the East Tennessee
mountains. Some light snow accumulations will be possible, mainly
at elevations above 3500 feet.

Patchy frost will be possible in some locations tonight,
especially across portions of Southwest North Carolina, Northeast
Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, the northern valley, and the
northern Plateau.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Patchy frost will be possible in far northeast Tennessee and
southwestern Virginia Thursday night into Friday morning.

Spotter activation will not be needed.
