East to southeast winds will increase later today into Friday morning producing windy conditions across the foothills and the higher elevations as the remnants of Francine move north into the western Tennessee Valley. Winds will increase to 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Gusty winds will continue on Friday due to Francine`s remnants. Also, locally heavy rainfall is expected along the southern Plateau. This could lead to isolated flash flooding. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not needed at this time. $$
