This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Gusty winds will continue in the mountains and foothills through
the early morning. See Wind Advisory for additional details.

Light snow accumulations are expected from late this afternoon
and overnight in the East Tennessee mountains and higher
elevations of southwest Virginia. A dusting to 1 inch is expected
in higher elevations of southwest Virginia. 1 to 3 inches are
possible across the East Tennessee mountains with isolated higher
totals in the highest peaks of the Great Smoky Mountain National
