This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Gusty winds are expected across the higher elevations of the
northern Cumberland Plateau, East Tennessee mountains, and
southwest Virginia through the morning. Gusts between 40 to 50
mph will be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

There will be several rounds of rainfall in the Monday through
Friday period, and there is potential for several inches of
rainfall across portions of the area during that timeframe.
There is a risk of flooding, especially in areas that receive
multiple periods of moderate to heavy rain.


Spotter activation is not needed at this time.
