Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon through Thursday

No hazardous weather is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

...Periods of Localized Heavy Rainfall Possible Friday and
Saturday...

Periods of moderate to potentially locally heavy rainfall will
move across the Tennessee valley and southern Appalachians for
Friday through Saturday. Total rainfall of 1 1/2 to 2 inches are
expected across much of the area with localized heavier amounts
possible.
