This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of East Arkansas...
the Missouri Bootheel...North Mississippi...and West Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Bands of heavy wet snow will be possible Sunday morning near the
Tennessee River, over portions of west Tennessee and far
northeast Mississippi. The heavy wet snow may combine with gusty
winds to cause downed tree limbs. Blocked roadways and power
outages may result.

Over the remainder of the Midsouth, slushy roadways from earlier
snows may produce hazardous driving conditions. To the north of
Interstate 40, slushy wet snow and standing water may freeze on
bridges, creating slick spots.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.


Spotters are encouraged to rely snow reports and road conditions
to the National Weather Service.
