The Flood Warning continues for the L`anguille River...Mississippi
River...North Fork Forked Deer River...Obion River...S.F. of the
Forked Deer River...Saint Francis River...St Francis River Diversion


A followup Flood Statement will be issued this evening or sooner if
conditions warrant.

Do not drive through flooded areas...turn around don`t drown.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Mississippi River at Memphis
* from Monday February 18 until Thursday February 28.
* At 11 AM Friday the stage was 31.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Maximum forecast stage of 36.0 feet on Saturday February 23.
* Flood stage is 34.0 feet.
* Forecast to rise above flood stage by Monday February 18 and
  continue to rise to near 36.0 feet by Saturday February 23.The
  river will fall below flood stage by Thursday February 28.
* At 36.0 feet...In Tennessee, water is edging onto Fullen Dock Area.
  Roads on the north side of the Loosahatchie river near its mouth
  are beginning to flood. Riverside Park Marina begins to flood.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for tonight across northern
portions of the Mid-South. Freezing rain could produce slippery
travel conditions in these areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.


Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.
