Mississippi...Arkansas...Tennessee...

  Mississippi River at Memphis

For the Lower Mississippi River...including Tiptonville,
Caruthersville, Osceola, Memphis, Tunica Mhoon Landing, Helena...
elevated river levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL THURSDAY, APRIL 06...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Memphis.

* WHEN...Until Thursday, April 06.

* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, in Arkansas, the evacuation route from
  camps south of Hopefield Chute is cut off. Water is lapping at the
  levee near Sulcer Road west of South Lake. River is touching the
  levee at Blue Lake.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 14.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.1
    feet Monday, April 03.
  - Action stage is 28.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 34.0 feet.
