THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES...

* WINDS...Southwest at 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 5 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...90s to around 100.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will have the potential to
  spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* WHEN...From noon today to 8 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
