Snow accumulations up to one to two inches for the far northern Texas Panhandle and the entire Oklahoma Panhandle. Ice accumulations from a trace up to a few hundredths are possible for the central and southern Texas Panhandle. * WHERE...Portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma and the Panhandle of Texas. * WHEN...Until noon CST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.
