This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Extremely cold temperatures and wind chill values are expected
tonight into Wednesday morning, and an Extreme Cold Warning is in
effect for the entire area. Wind chills as low as 17 degrees below
zero are possible overnight, which may result in frostbite or
hypothermia if proper precautions are not taken.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Extreme cold is expected to last into Thursday. The Extreme Cold
Warning is in effect for the entire forecast area through noon CST
Thursday.
