This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of south central
Arkansas, southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest
Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight...

No hazardous weather is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday...

The threat for strong to severe thunderstorms will exist Sunday
afternoon and evening across the Four State Region along and ahead
of a weak cold front that will shift southeast into the area.
Damaging winds, large hail, and locally heavy rainfall will be
the main threats with these storms, before they gradually diminish
Monday morning. However, additional showers and embedded
thunderstorms will become more numerous across the region Monday
night through Wednesday north of the front, with the threat for
heavy rainfall and localized flooding of low lying, poor drainage
areas possible.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Activation of emergency management personnel...amateur radio
operators...and storm spotters will not be needed through tonight.

CDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma,
  southwest Arkansas and east and northeast Texas.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 7 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
  hazardous conditions for small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters on area lakes should use extra caution since strong winds
and rough waves can overturn small craft.
