This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for North and Central Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.
Increasing storm coverage is expected along and ahead of a cold front
tonight into Friday morning. Large hail and damaging winds will be
the main threats across mainly western portions of North and Central
Texas.

There is a chance of storms generally along and east of Interstate 35
during the day Friday. A few storms may contain hail and gusty winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
Chances for showers and thunderstorms increase next Thursday into
Friday as another upper-level system approaches the region.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Limited spotter activation may be requested west of the I-35 corridor
overnight.

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Eastern Wise County in north central Texas...
  Denton County in north central Texas...
  Southern Cooke County in north central Texas...
  Southwestern Grayson County in north central Texas...

* Until 615 AM CDT.

* At 522 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near New Fairview,
  or near Decatur, moving northeast at 65 mph.

  HAZARD...65 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Plano, Carrollton, Frisco, Denton, Lewisville, Flower Mound,
  Coppell, The Colony, Southlake, Corinth, Gainesville, Highland
  Village, Trophy Club, Lake Dallas, Sanger, Decatur, Whitesboro,
  Briar, Lake Lewisville and Little Elm.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 35 between mile markers 468 and 497.
 Interstate 35W between mile markers 68 and 85.
 Interstate 35E between mile markers 446 and 466.
