This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for North and Central Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Heat index values this afternoon will range between 100 and
105 degrees.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Hot and humid conditions are forecast through the weekend with heat
index values between 100 and 105 degrees.

There is a low risk for isolated thunderstorms on Monday and Tuesday
afternoon. If storms occur, the primary concerns will be strong
downburst winds and cloud to ground lightning.

...OZONE ACTION DAY...

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has issued
an Ozone Action Day for the Dallas-Fort Worth area for Wednesday,
June 16, 2021.

Atmospheric conditions are expected to be favorable for producing
high levels of ozone air pollution in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
on Wednesday. You can help prevent ozone pollution by sharing a
ride, walking, riding a bicycle, taking your lunch to work,
avoiding drive-through lanes, conserving energy, and keeping your
vehicle properly tuned.
