This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for North and Central Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.
Scattered thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon and evening
across much of North and Central Texas. Severe weather is not
expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.
Chances for isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will
continue Monday and Tuesday. Widespread severe weather is not
expected at this time. Lightning and locally heavy rainfall will be
the main threats. More widespread chances for thunderstorms will
return Friday into the weekend.

...OZONE ACTION DAY...

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has issued
an Ozone Action Day for the Dallas-Fort Worth area for Sunday,
May 28, 2023.

Atmospheric conditions are expected to be favorable for producing
high levels of ozone air pollution in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
on Sunday. You can help prevent ozone pollution by sharing a
ride, walking, riding a bicycle, taking your lunch to work,
avoiding drive-through lanes, conserving energy, and keeping your
vehicle properly tuned.
