This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of south central
Arkansas, southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest
Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight...

Isolated to scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will be
possible this afternoon and tonight across the region. However, no
hazardous weather is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday...

Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will persist over the
area Sunday, but increase late Sunday night through Monday along
and ahead of a cold front as it moves through the region. The
potential for strong to severe thunderstorms does exist late
Sunday night across Southeast Oklahoma, Southwest Arkansas,
Northeast Texas, and Northwest Louisiana, before the threat shifts
south over the remainder of the region after daybreak Monday
morning. Damaging winds and an isolated tornado or two will be the
main threats.


Activation of emergency management personnel, amateur radio
operators, and storm spotters will not be needed through tonight.
