CST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Oklahoma, southwest Arkansas and
northeast Texas. Generally speaking, for all counties north of,
and along and just south of, the I-30 corridor.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Freeze conditions will kill crops, other sensitive

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
