THIS IS A STATEWIDE CHILD ABDUCTION ALERT ISSUED BY THE TEXAS AMBER
ALERT NETWORK.

THE DEWITT COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE IS SEARCHING FOR AIYDANN RIBERA,
HISPANIC, MALE, 4 YEARS OLD, 3 FOOT TALL, 34 POUNDS, BROWN HAIR,
BROWN EYES, LAST SEEN WEARING A NEON ORANGE SHIRT, BLACK SHORTS, AND
BLACK SHOES.

THE DEWITT COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE IS ALSO SEARCHING FOR ANGEL RIBERA,
HISPANIC, MALE, 5 YEARS OLD, 3 FOOT 5 INCHES TALL, 45 POUNDS, BLACK
HAIR, BLACK EYES, LAST SEEN WEARING A NEON YELLOW SHIRT, BLACK
SHORTS, AND BLACK SHOES. THEY WERE LAST SEEN AT 9 PM ON MAY 21, 2024
AT THE 120 BLOCK OF EAST 5TH STREET YORKTOWN, TEXAS,

POLICE ARE LOOKING FOR JULIAN RIBERA, 24 YEARS OLD, HISPANIC, MALE, 5
FOOT 11 INCHES TALL, 175 POUNDS, BROWN HAIR, BLACK EYES, LAST SEEN
WEARING UNKNOWN CLOTHING IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR ABDUCTION.

THE SUSPECT IS DRIVING A BLACK, 2007, CHEVROLET, TAHOE BEARING TEXAS
LICENSE PLATE NUMBER F V K 0 3 4 2.

THE SUSPECT WAS LAST SEEN IN SAN ANTONIO, TX.

LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS BELIEVE THIS CHILD TO BE IN GRAVE OR
IMMEDIATE DANGER.

  Liberty Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Brazos River at US 59, Sugar Land, TX affecting Fort Bend County.

  Brazos River near Rosharon affecting Brazoria and Fort Bend
  Counties.

  Trinity River at Liberty affecting Liberty County.

  Trinity River near Moss Bluff affecting Chambers and Liberty
  Counties.

  Trinity River at Riverside affecting Trinity, Polk, San Jacinto
  and Walker Counties.

  Brazos River at Richmond affecting Fort Bend County.

For the Trinity River...including Crockett, Riverside, Romayor,
Goodrich, Liberty, Moss Bluff...Major flooding is forecast.
For the Brazos River...including US 59,  Sugar Land,  TX, West
Columbia, Bryan, Hempstead, Bellville, San Felipe, Richmond,
Rosharon...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Trinity River at Riverside.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 137.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding continues as
  several homes in the Green Rich Shores Subdivision in Walker
  County flood and water covers Thomas Lake Road. The lowest
  buildings off FM 980 northwest of Riverside flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 137.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 132.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday was 138.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 133.9 feet Sunday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 133.5 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    137.5 feet on 05/29/2016.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Boat ramps and picnic areas near the river
  will begin to flood. Ranchers should move cattle and equipment
  near the river to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 PM CDT Tuesday was 17.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow evening and continue falling to 12.4 feet Sunday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
