This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of south central
Arkansas, southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest
Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight...

Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible today across
portions of Deep East Texas and Central Louisiana. However, no
hazardous weather is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday...

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible
Tuesday and Wednesday across the region, as an upper level
disturbance slowly shifts east through the area. Brief heavy
rainfall and locally gusty winds will be possible in the stronger
storms, before the storms diminish by sunset. Showers and
thunderstorms will be isolated and mostly confined to portions of
Southcentral Arkansas, North Louisiana, and Deep East Texas
Thursday, before hotter and drier conditions return to the area
Friday. Showers and a few thunderstorms may gradually increase
later this weekend across Southwest Arkansas, North Louisiana, and
East Texas as a potential tropical disturbance drifts north
towards the Texas and Louisiana Gulf coasts.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Activation of emergency management personnel...amateur radio
operators...and storm spotters will not be needed today or
tonight.
