This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of south central
Arkansas, southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest
Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

Patchy fog and patchy freezing fog remains a possibility tonight
for south central Arkansas and north central Louisiana. If patchy
freezing fog becomes dense, bridges and overpasses may develop a
few slick spots where temperatures reach freezing. Overall, any
potential impacts should be minimal, and otherwise, no hazardous
weather is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday...

Rainfall returns to the area by Friday with mostly light amounts
expected. However, nuisance flooding across low lying and poor
drainage areas may still be a concern given the saturated soil
conditions.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Activation of emergency management personnel...amateur radio
operators...and storm spotters will not be needed through tonight.
