  Counties.

  Menard Creek near Rye affecting Polk, Hardin and Liberty Counties.

  Counties.

For the Trinity River...including Crockett, Riverside, Romayor,
Goodrich, Liberty, Moss Bluff...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Menard Creek...including Rye...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Long King Creek near Livingston.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, At levels above 25 feet moderate lowland
  flooding begins as low lying areas along the creek become
  innundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:16 PM CDT Friday the stage was 23.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:16 PM CDT Friday was 23.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow morning and continue falling to 6.0 feet Wednesday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    22.9 feet on 05/07/1969.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins as low
  lying areas along the creek are inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 18.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 24.1 feet Sunday morning. It will
    then fall below flood stage Monday evening.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    24.1 feet on 03/06/1992.

* IMPACTS...At 134.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding continues with the
  boat ramp in the Deep River Plantation Subdivision in Walker
  County inundated. Backwater flooding up Thomas Lake in Walker
  County floods the boat ramp in the Green Rich Shores Subdivision
  in Walker County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 133.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 133.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 PM CDT Friday was 134.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 133.9
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 133.5 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    133.7 feet on 03/10/2018.
