This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for South-Central Texas..

.DAY ONE...Today And Tonight.

Heat indices will be elevated this afternoon and early evening.
Those with outdoor activities planned are encouraged to take
appropriate precautions to prevent heat related illnesses. Drink
plenty of water, wear light weight and light colored clothing,
and take frequent breaks from the heat.

Elevated fire weather conditions will continue today, as hot,
dry, and occasionally breezy conditions combine with drying
vegetation.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Elevated fire weather conditions will continue through at least
Thursday, as hot, dry, and occasionally breezy conditions combine
with drying vegetation.
