Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An upper level disturbance along the Rio Grande in combination with abundant tropical moisture are likely to bring another round of heavy rain across parts of the Rio Grande, southern Edwards Plateau, and Hill Country. Rain rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour could lead to flooding over areas affected by last night heavy rains that lasted through about noon on Monday.
