Total snow and sleet accumulations up to 3 inches with the potential for locally higher amounts. Ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch possible. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas. * WHEN...From Monday evening through Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning, Tuesday evening, and Wednesday morning commutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
