...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM CST /8 AM MST/ THIS
MORNING TO 9 PM CST /8 PM MST/ THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast New Mexico and southwest and
  western Texas.

* WHEN...From 9 AM CST /8 AM MST/ to 9 PM CST /8 PM MST/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Blowing dust may reduce visibility below a mile, especially
  downwind of plowed fields and construction sites.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast New
Mexico, southwest Texas, and western Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A High Wind Warning is in effect for the Guadalupe, Delaware, and
Davis Mountains this morning through this evening. A Wind Advisory
is in effect across the Southeast New Mexico Plains and adjacent
areas of West Texas this morning through this evening.

Elevated fire weather conditions are expected across Southeast New
Mexico and much of West Texas this morning through this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated.
