...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CST
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding expected.

* WHERE...Low-lying and poor drainage areas along the Upper
  Texas Gulf Coast.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only
  isolated road closures expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At the expected tidal levels, this list
  of areas is at the greatest risk of seeing flooding:
  - Highway 87 on the Bolivar Peninsula, particularly near
    Highway 124.
  - The north approach to Lynchburg Ferry.
  - Toddville Road and low spots along Red Bluff Road between
    Bay Area Blvd and Highway 146 in Seabrook.
  - West Bayshore Road between Anahuac and Oak Island; Highway
    124 between High Island and FM 1985 in Chambers County.
  - Blue Water Highway around Surfside.
  - The lowest streets in and around Jamaica Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
