New Mexico, southwest New Mexico, and southwest Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Breezy to windy conditions return today, bringing critical fire
weather concerns. Blowing dust may affect visibility. Smoke from
the Black Fire will continue to create haze across Sierra County.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Aside from haze from the Black Fire, no hazards expected.
