* At 1056 AM MDT, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line
extending from 7 miles southwest of Hooper to near Vernon, moving
east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to
blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts
up to 45 mph have been observed.
SOURCE...Radar and mesonet webcam indicated.
IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
within minutes.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 15 between mile markers 273 and 337.
Interstate 84 between mile markers 86 and 109.
Interstate 80 in Utah between mile markers 81 and 139.

Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Sandy, Layton, Murray, Bountiful,
Tooele, Farmington, Grantsville, Morgan, Hill Air Force Base, West
Jordan, Orem, Taylorsville, South Jordan, Lehi, Draper, Riverton,
Pleasant Grove and Cottonwood Heights.
