Total snow accumulations 5 to 10 inches above 8000 feet, locally up to 15 inches in the upper Cottonwoods above 10,000 feet. * WHERE...The Wasatch Mountains, Western Uinta Mountains, and Wasatch Plateau/Book Cliffs. * WHEN...From 3 AM to 6 PM MDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong cold front will bring a band of moderate to heavy snow Sunday morning into early Sunday afternoon.
