This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the western two thirds of
Utah and southwest Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Patchy dense fog is expected across the Cache Valley and the
Sanpete and Sevier Valleys once again tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

A potential downslope wind storm may occur Monday night into
Tuesday morning across prone areas of Weber, Davis and Salt Lake
County. Gusts up to 70 mph are possible in the Centerville and
Farmington areas. Those living in areas normally impacted by
downslope winds should continue to monitor the forecast over the
next few days. Note, this event is not expected to be nearly as
strong as the September 8, 2020 storm.

These winds may cause strong crosswinds on area roads including
US-89, I-15 and Legacy Parkway in Weber, Davis and Salt Lake
Counties. Those in these areas should take action now to secure
loose outdoor items including trampolines and garbage cans.

Accumulating snow is expected across portions of southern Utah
Tuesday. Occasional winter driving conditions are will be


Spotter activation is not expected. Please relay any information
about observed severe weather to the NWS while following all
local, state, and CDC guidelines.
