This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the western two thirds of
Utah and southwest Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Critical fire weather conditions due to a combination of gusty
winds and low humidity are expected across portions of extreme
southwest Utah and through east-central Utah today.

A cold front sweeping south through the state will bring much
cooler temperatures to state this afternoon. Decreasing winds,
clear skies and a dry air mass will likely produce patchy frost
in some of the normally colder western and northern valleys
late tonight.

Gusty northerly gap winds will develop behind the cold front
across Washington county tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Patchy frost is possible across the normally colder western and
northern valleys early Monday morning.

High pressure aloft expanding across the western states will
generate a warming trend with continued dry conditions throughout
the week. Temperatures will likely climb above normal across the
outlook area by midweek.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed. Please relay any information
about observed severe weather to the NWS while following all
local, state, and CDC guidelines.
