Reduced visibilities in blowing dust will be a possibility due to these winds. Rain and snow showers are expected across portions of far northern Utah after about 10PM. Minimal accumulations are expected in the valley areas, however, winter driving conditions will be possible for higher elevation routes in the Bear River Mountains. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday Occasional winter driving conditions will be possible across portions of northern and central Utah late Tuesday into Wednesday, shifting to central and southern Utah later Wednesday into Thursday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
