This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the western two thirds of
Utah and southwest Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Strong and gusty winds are expected to continue across portions
of western and southern Utah this evening. Reduced visibilities
in blowing dust will be a possibility due to these winds.

Rain and snow showers are expected across portions of far northern
Utah after about 10PM. Minimal accumulations are expected in the
valley areas, however, winter driving conditions will be possible
for higher elevation routes in the Bear River Mountains.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Occasional winter driving conditions will be possible across
portions of northern and central Utah late Tuesday into
Wednesday, shifting to central and southern Utah later Wednesday
into Thursday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed. Please relay any information
about observed severe weather to the NWS while following all
local, state, and CDC guidelines.
