Total snow accumulations 6 to 12 inches, locally up to 15 inches Bear River Range, Ogden area mountains and Manti-Skyline area, 18 inches in the upper Cottonwoods. * WHERE...The Wasatch Mountains, Western Uinta Mountains, Wasatch Plateau/Book Cliffs, and Central Mountains. * WHEN...From 6 PM Monday to 9 PM MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected. Traction laws may be enacted. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of moderate to heavy snow is expected with a cold front Monday evening into Monday night. Periods of moderate snow will continue through at least Tuesday morning. Snow showers will continue through Tuesday evening.
