...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO
9 PM MDT SUNDAY FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR FIRE
WEATHER ZONES 495 AND 497...

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 495 Color Country West
  Desert and Fire Weather Zone 497 Mojave Desert.

* WINDS...South to southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35
  mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 9 percent with poor overnight
  recoveries.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop could spread rapidly. Outdoor
  burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now...or are imminent. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Utah...
northern Utah...southern Utah...southwest Utah and southwest
Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected near
the Idaho border and in southwest Wyoming today and will be
capable of producing gusty outflow winds.

Critical fire weather conditions will continue across southern
Utah today due to gusty winds and low humidity.

Gusty winds may produce areas of blowing dust.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Critical fire weather conditions are expected again across
southern Utah due to gusty winds and low humidity.

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms across northern
Utah and central Utah on Sunday and spreading into southern Utah
on Monday will be capable of producing gusty winds.

Spotter activation may be needed. Please relay any information
about observed severe weather to the NWS while following all
local, state, and CDC guidelines.
