This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

There is a marginal risk for severe storms for counties near the
Kentucky border this evening. Storms will be weakening as they
move east, but if a few can hold together, isolated strong wind
gusts will be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are likely Thursday
and Friday. A marginal risk of severe storms has been issued for
areas generally along and west of interstate 75 Thursday evening
into Thursday night. Damaging winds will be the primary threat.
More strong to possibly severe storms again may occur Friday ahead
of the front.
