WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 32 will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...Augusta, Rockingham, Shenandoah and Page Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 9 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of eastern West
Virginia, northern and central Virginia, and central and western
Maryland.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

A Frost Advisory is in effect for Augusta, Rockingham,
Shenandoah, and Page Counties beginning at 4 AM tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

The Frost Advisory continues for Augusta, Rockingham, Shenandoah,
and Page Counties until 9 AM Wednesday.

Frost or freezing conditions are possible Wednesday night into
Thursday morning across the central and northern Shenandoah
Valley, and far western areas of Loudoun, Montgomery, and Howard
Counties. Frost will be possible again for portions of the area
Thursday night into Friday morning.

Isolated instances of wind damage are possible Saturday morning
through Saturday night.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
