A High Wind Warning is in effect for much of the area through this evening, except across the central Virginia piedmont where Wind Advisories are in effect. Across the Blue Ridge Mountains, High Wind Warnings continue through the night. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday Across the Blue Ridge Mountains, High Wind Warnings remain in effect through early Monday afternoon. Elsewhere, gusty winds may linger through Monday. There is an enhanced winter storm threat Wednesday night through Thursday night.
