...COASTAL FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT LATE SATURDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...One to two feet of inundation above ground level
  possible in low lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...In District of Columbia, District of Columbia. In
  Virginia, Fairfax, Stafford and Central and Southeast Prince
  William/Manassas/Manassas Park Counties, and Arlington/Falls
  Church/Alexandria.

* WHEN...Late Saturday night, especially around the time of high
  tide.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  may be inundated. Some shoreline erosion may occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The worst flooding will occur with the Saturday morning
  and Saturday evening high tides.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.
